Disruption in INTERNET

Guys there is a disruption in our internet access.... Don't feel dispair as our ISPs are fixing the problem now. Apparently the Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2) been damaged by the 7.1 ritcher earthquake. APCN 2 is a 19,000km-long fibre-optic cable network linking Japan, South Korea, China, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Europe and Australia.

Internet users would experience “some delay” in accessing content and websites hosted overseas, especially in the United States, Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Europe. For example I instant message to my friend, took 20seconds for it to reach to him!

Not only the internet, we can't even take calls from the oversea!! Seems like all the communication had been disrupted. The Star Newspaper stated that the internet users who trying to access to Yahoo!, Google, blogs, etc all are disrupted and it is harder for us to access it for these few days.

From what i heard is that the damages will be repaired within 3weeks time! Now we all can only access to local websites(which ends with " .my ") faster and not international websites! So l HOPE i can made this posted in my blog because even I am watching TV there seems to have some disturbance!

The only entertainment for me now is the TV and Radio. So lets hang on until they fixed the problem.

I think blogger is not disturb therfore I conclude that I can successfully post this!!
