Recently there are many advertisers on RTM2 especially advertisers who ask you to SMS to 3XXXX, there is no charging statements, but they can charge you for SMS-ing to them. Beware of it because you will be charged for asking any information. They state, check whether you are Pemilih or not? Don't SMS if you don't want to get charged RM0.50.
I do not know the legality for putting on the screen without writing a "small" statements saying that it will be charged, from what I see everyday advertisers they do put up a small statements stating the charges and conditions. New trick I guess...
