A lot of students fail with at least one subject. Because of this one subject, it creates about a stack of resit bills in the SBS office in TARC. A stack of resit bills which is as thick as 600 pages text book! The time I went to the office there were 80 written names in the list indicating they had took their resit bills away. So you can imagine that there are so many waiting for the students to take.....
Sigh...
Seems like there will be more students facing repeat in their studies after May 2008
